The Coalition for Change, Inc. (C4C) is a proactive non-profit organization comprised of former and present employees who have been injured or ill-treated due to workplace discrimination and/or reprisal. C4C seeks an end to racism and retaliation in the federal sector, the nation’s largest employer. In addition to our efforts to support the well-being of civil servants, who seek to uphold the public good, C4C seeks to ensure accountability in the federal workplace. Towards this end, C4C has posted the names of public officials identified, as Alleged Discriminating Officials (ADO) in employment complaints. Such persons are often referred as witnesses or responsible management officials in EEO complaints or lawsuits filed in U.S. District Courts.
